Wanderoo Creative Services is a Kochi-based creative agency that genuinely enjoys the mess and magic of the internet. Like our namesake (the wanderoo, a mountain-dwelling monkey found right here in the Western Ghats), we're curious, a little cheeky, and always watching before we leap.

We make ads, content, and campaigns across digital, offline, and video, for brands who want work that actually connects instead of just filling a content calendar. Small team, big scope, no fluff.

Role Description

We're looking for someone who can lead client relationships end-to-end while also thinking like a social media strategist - not two separate skill sets bolted together, but one person who can sit across the table from a client's senior stakeholders and then walk into a planning meeting with our Art, Copy, and Video teams and speak both languages fluently.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with one in-person team meetup required each week. You'll be the primary point of contact for a national brand account with multiple stakeholders, so this role needs someone who's comfortable managing up, managing timelines, and managing a room.

What you'll own

- Client servicing and relationship management, including handling senior stakeholders on a national brand account
- Project and timeline management across the agency,



keeping multiple workstreams on track
- Monthly social media strategy and planning, across static, video, and campaign formats
- Coordinating print, shoots, and production alongside social media deliverables
- Working closely with Art, Copy, and Video teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Staying on top of what's current in social media, digital trends, content formats, AI tools, and paid media, and bringing that into strategy conversations
- Analyzing campaign performance and translating metrics into next steps

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency setting, ideally handling stakeholders at a senior or CMO level
- Solid project management and organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines
- Solid grounding in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Hindi is required
- Proficiency in additional regional languages is a strong plus
- Genuinely plugged into what's happening in digital, social, AI, and paid media, not just familiar with the basics
- Experience coordinating shoots, print, or production processes is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
