About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Field Survey & Market Mapping Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for collecting primary market data, mapping geographic territories, and identifying key business or consumer trends.

Your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making, expansion plans, and targeted marketing campaigns. This is an active, field-based position requiring strong interpersonal skills and comfort with digital data collection tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Territory Mapping & Auditing: Navigate assigned geographic regions to systematically map out businesses, retail outlets, competitive presence, or target demographics.
- Primary Data Collection: Conduct on-site surveys, interviews, and observations with local merchants, consumers, or stakeholders using mobile data-collection applications.
- Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Ensure all collected field data is accurate, complete, and uploaded in a timely manner. Perform regular self-audits to maintain high data integrity.
- Competitor Intelligence: Gather actionable intelligence on competitor pricing, product offerings, promotional strategies, and market positioning within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional,



positive relationships with local business owners and community members during fieldwork.
- Reporting & Insights: Synthesize daily and weekly field findings into clear, structured reports, highlighting emerging market opportunities, operational bottlenecks, or shifting trends.

Key Requirements

- Education: Intermediate (12th) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Geography, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data sorting and reporting.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, independence, and self-motivation.
- Physical & Travel Requirements: Ability to spend extensive hours walking or traveling outdoors within designated territories. A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
