Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring that marketing and creative solutions align with their expectations.

The Client Relationship

Executive will coordinate with internal teams to plan and track projects, provide timely updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, preparing reports on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to expand accounts,



and supporting proposal and pitch development. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client communication and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and drive long-term partnerships.
- Proven Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to maintain trust, handle feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content, and campaigns) is preferred.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience in client-facing roles within marketing, advertising, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
