Role Description The Client Acquisition Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting in the qualification of leads for Adeptiv AI’s governance platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, maintaining client databases, coordinating introductory calls or demos, and following up with prospects to understand their needs.





The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve the client acquisition process, and support initiatives that enhance client experience and satisfaction. The role also includes preparing basic reports on outreach performance and contributing ideas to strengthen client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

- Solid Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with prospective clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including confident verbal and written communication in English.
- Focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to support a positive pre-sales and onboarding experience.
- Ability to understand and enhance Customer Experience through attentive listening and feedback collection.
- Interest in AI, technology, or compliance solutions and willingness to learn about AI governance and regulations.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM software) and structured documentation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
