Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Structural Engineer role based in Khalilabad.

The Civil Structural

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural components for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing structural calculations, drawings, and specifications; performing structural analysis for safety and stability; and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other engineers. The role also involves site visits, monitoring construction activities for adherence to design, addressing technical queries, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and quality control.

The engineer will contribute to optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness, durability,



and safety while maintaining documentation and reporting for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, with a robust understanding of building and infrastructure systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis, including the ability to use relevant design codes and analysis software.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking project progress.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree or specialized coursework in structural design is an advantage.
- Practical experience in building or infrastructure projects, familiarity with Indian Standards (IS codes) and local regulations, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar), and competence in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
