Position: Junior / Site Civil Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & interview performance)

Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our site execution and engineering team in Baddi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking for hands-on experience in construction management, structural execution, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work aligns with approved technical drawings and specifications.

- Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and basic material reconciliation.

- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and project managers.

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR),



site logs, and safety documentation.

- Conduct basic on-site quality checks for incoming materials and workmanship.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.

- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work in office.

- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Baddi / Nalagarh / Pinjore / Chandigarh area preferred.
