Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site operations, supervising ongoing construction work, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Visit construction sites daily to supervise ongoing activities and ensure quality.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily work progress and report regular status updates to the management.
- In office Execution: Ensure construction work aligns accurately with approved structural drawings, and coordinate site labor,



materials, and equipment efficiently.

- Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with a strong learning mindset are welcome to apply).
- Travel & License: Must have a valid Two-Wheeler License and personal vehicle for site visits.
- Skills: Basic drawing interpretation skills, good communication, and the ability to manage on-site workforce effectively.

- What We Offer (Perks & Perks)

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Commensurate with qualification, skills, and experience).
- Travel Allowance: 100% company-covered fuel and travel expenses for official site visits.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 Day Off per week.
