Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Mohali district.

The Civil

Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, performing site inspections, and monitoring project progress and quality. The role also involves stormwater management and infrastructure design, preparing technical reports and estimates, and assisting in project scheduling and resource planning.

The Civil





Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project updates to stakeholders, and help resolve technical issues in the field.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, contributing to project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong Planning skills for project layouts, schedules, and resource allocation in construction environments.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices, drainage design, and related regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
- Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and conduct regular field inspections.
- Prior experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage.
