Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction and possess strong coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and execution standards.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower,



and resources at site.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, material deliveries, and pending activities.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure construction and finishing works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure corrective actions are implemented wherever required.
- Promote secure working practices and ensure compliance with site safety guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Verify work quantities and assist in preparing BOQs and billing-related documents.
- Report project progress, delays, and site observations to the Project Manager.

Vendor & Material Management

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution of work.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and utilization of materials at site.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, commercial interiors, fit-out, or building projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, civil works, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple site activities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project requirements.
- Willingness to travel or stay at outstation project sites whenever required.
