Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Lucknow.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction activities across infrastructure and building projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, monitoring project progress,



and conducting site inspections to maintain quality and structural integrity. The role also involves performing calculations, supporting stormwater and drainage design, preparing reports and documentation, and assisting in resolving technical issues encountered during construction.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers to support scheduling, resource planning, and cost control while contributing to continuous improvement and sustainable engineering practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and practical experience applying civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including structural, infrastructure, and site development design.
- Experience in Planning and project coordination for construction and infrastructure works.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, BIM tools) and MS Office.
- Understanding of relevant Indian building codes, IS standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary site and office teams.
- Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects and willingness to work full-time on-site in Lucknow.
