Role Description The Junior Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of construction projects across commercial, institutional, and residential developments. This full time, on-site role involves assisting senior engineers with civil engineering design, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with project managers and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical documentation, contributing to project planning and scheduling, supporting stormwater and drainage design, and participating in site inspections and progress reviews.





The role also includes updating reports, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth pr oject execution.

Qualifications

- Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma Civil Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution

OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized State Board/University/Institution
- Candidates should have less than 1 year of post-qualification work experience
- Candidates should be willing to register on the NATS 2.0 Portal
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in the same trade may not be considered
- Must be willing to undergo 1 year of full-time On-the-Job Apprenticeship Training
- Training will be based on live Civil Engineering / Construction / PMC projects
- No classroom-based course or academic examination; the programme focuses on practical site and project exposure
- Candidates should have a strong interest in Site Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, QA/QC, Project Planning, Safety and Project Management
