- Lead and oversee end-to-end building project execution (residential,
commercial, or industrial).
- Prepare, review, and finalize architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure completion of projects within scope, schedule, and cost constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of proven experience in building project completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, materials, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.
