Experience • 5+ years of IT infrastructure support experience, with at least 3 years focused on Citrix DaaS administration.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud platforms.
- Proven L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Hands-on expertise with ADDS (on-premises and cloud-hosted) integration with Citrix.
- Experience configuring SAML SSO and Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication workflows.
- Solid knowledge of Azure services including VMs, networking, and identity management.
- Experience with Citrix components: Citrix Studio, Director, and Workspace.
- Robust understanding of networking, security, and virtualization concepts
