Role Description The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, capturing, and overseeing visual content for a range of projects, including training materials, portfolio pieces, and client assignments. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, selecting lenses and framing shots, designing and adjusting lighting setups, and collaborating with directors, instructors, and editors to achieve the desired visual style. The role involves coordinating with production teams, maintaining equipment,



and ensuring consistent image quality throughout each shoot.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, requiring regular presence at the academy and on location for various productions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Film Production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting for studio, outdoor, and location-based shoots.
- Experience with digital video cameras, lenses, and related equipment.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling scenes and sequences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with instructors, students, and production teams.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under production deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, or visual arts is beneficial; prior experience as a cinematographer or camera operator is an advantage.
