Summary: Ensure children with birth defect and children affected with development delays in the state of Maharashtra get early and timely treatment, rehabilitation and education.
Inspired Individual who wants to make a difference: We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Enrollment Coordinator to support the RBSK – CURE India partnership in Maharashtra.
The Coordinator will work closely with RBSK Manager at the Pune office and coordinate with all the RBSK teams, ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers and CURE India district coordinators to ensure that children identified are promptly enrolled and connected to the appropriate treatment and follow-up services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with RBSK Manager in Pune and District Coordinators across all 36
districts of Maharashtra.
- Collect and update child-identification and enrollment data from districts on a day-to-
day basis.
- Coordinate with ASHAs, Anganwadi workers and RBSK teams to ensure identified children are enrolled without any delay.
- Track each enrolled child to ensure that treatment is initiated and appropriate follow-up takes place.
- Identify delays or gaps in enrollment and treatment and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate digital records and regularly update the central database.
- Prepare daily/weekly data summaries and a monthly consolidated report for submission to the RBSK leadership and Senior Government officials through CURE
India.
- Share relevant updates and reports with the regional leadership team in Maharashtra.
- Maintain regular communication with district teams and ensure timely flow of information.
- Support the programme team in improving the overall enrollment and treatment-
tracking process.
