At Rupeeit, we're building India's next AI-native financial intelligence platform that empowers retail investors to discover, analyze, and track stocks & mutual funds through conversational AI.
We're looking for a Founding Chief Product Officer who doesn't just manage products—but builds category-defining businesses. This is an opportunity to shape the product vision, build the roadmap, and lead execution from the ground up alongside the founders.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Solid experience in Fintech, WealthTech, Brokerage, Stocks, or Mutual Funds
- Built and launched AI-native/GenAI products
- Proven experience taking products from 0→1 and successfully scaling them
- Strong understanding of user research, product strategy, growth, and analytics
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and Business teams
- Startup mindset with extreme ownership and execution focus

- Define the long-term product vision and strategy
- Build AI-first experiences for millions of investors
- Lead product discovery, roadmap, and execution
- Work directly with founders to build a category-leading company
- Hire and mentor the product team as we scale
