As COO, you will be responsible for creating a scalable operating model that enables predictable growth and operational excellence. You will partner with the CEO on strategic planning while taking ownership of day-to-day business execution across critical revenue and customer-facing functions.

A key focus of the role will be strengthening the complete customer lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to retention, renewals, and expansion. You will establish robust Revenue Operations and CRM practices, improve sales productivity and forecasting, and ensure teams operate against clear goals and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a commercially minded leader who can combine strategic thinking, financial discipline, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will also play a critical role in developing high-performing leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the organisation's growth strategy and annual operating plan.
- Lead and scale Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and performance frameworks to support rapid growth.
- Drive improvements across customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion.
- Establish and optimise Revenue Operations, CRM processes, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting.
- Monitor and improve key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, pipeline conversion, and sales productivity.
- Create strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance,



HR, and Customer Success.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with a strong culture of accountability and ownership.
- Review business performance regularly and provide actionable insights to the CEO and leadership team.
- Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, market expansion, and other growth opportunities.
- Identify operational risks and establish systems to ensure sustainable and predictable business execution.

What's Makes You a Outstanding Fit
- 10–15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as COO, VP Operations, Business Head, or equivalent.
- Proven experience scaling a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
- MBA along with a BE/B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and revenue metrics.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshworks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Operations, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and customer retention.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, analytical thinking, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
- Experience in CRM, SalesTech, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, or Enterprise SaaS will be an added advantage.
