The role

This is the senior sales seat for India. You will own revenue, build the sales org, and open the channels that get Medcor in front of people who want real, lasting weight loss.

What you’ll do

- Build and run the India sales function: strategy, hiring, targets, playbooks
- Own revenue across D2C and B2B (clinics, pharmacies, employers, wellness platforms)
- Design the funnel from first consult through retained subscriber




- Partner with marketing on conversion and city-by-city expansion
- Set pricing, channel, and partnership strategy for India
- Report pipeline, conversion, and unit economics to leadership

What we’re looking for

- 10+ years in sales leadership, including a Chief of Sales, VP Sales, or Head of Sales seat
- Experience scaling consumer health, telehealth, pharma, wellness, or subscription healthcare in India
- A track record building a sales org from early stage
- A robust network across Indian healthcare, pharmacy, and wellness
- Comfortable with both D2C and institutional channels
- Based in India
