Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bhiwandi. The COO will oversee daily operations, ensuring that business processes, logistics, and service delivery run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals. This role includes developing and implementing operational policies, coordinating with department heads, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvement initiatives.

The COO will manage budgeting and resource allocation, support financial planning, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The role also involves mentoring managers, fostering a culture of accountability,



and partnering with senior leadership to set and execute long-term business plans.

Qualifications

- Solid business planning and strategic management skills, including the ability to design and implement long-term operational roadmaps.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of optimizing processes and improving organizational efficiency.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Finance and budgeting skills, including experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial sustainability.
- Leadership and team management abilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and building a performance-driven culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
