Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to own end-to-end operations in India, acting as the CEO's primary proxy for delivery excellence, organizational efficiency, and strategic execution. This role is central to ensuring seamless execution of business priorities, driving measurable client outcomes, and scaling Infidigit's operational infrastructure as we expand globally.

The COO will have direct oversight of Delivery, Operations, Marketing, and Finance functions in India, acting as the primary leadership anchor for the organization while the CEO focuses on global expansion.

The COO will ensure that our integrated capabilities — across organic, performance, and AI-led growth — are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable business impact across all client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

● Translate Business priorities into clear execution plans and OKRs across all functions

● Co-own the company’s business performance and P&L; with the CEO.

● Lead the operational execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

● Own end-to-end delivery excellence across client engagements, working closely with delivery leaders

● Ensure solid alignment across SEO, Content, Performance, and AI-driven growth initiatives

● Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities

● Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement,



and margin governance across a 130-plus member team

● Act as executive sponsor for key clients — driving strategy reviews, QBRs, managing escalations, owning CSAT and client retention

● Lead cross-functional initiatives across delivery, capability building, and operations

● Establish operating cadences and track key business metrics including revenue, margins, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes

● Drive accountability across teams for timelines and outcomes

● Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and ensure corrective actions

● Prepare leadership reviews, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks for CEO visibility

● Represent Infidigit in select CMO roundtables, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives

Essential skills/Experience

● 12-18 years in consulting, digital agency, or high-growth environments

● MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred

● Proven track record of owning operations and delivery at scale across large cross-functional teams

● Strong understanding of digital growth — SEO, performance marketing, content, or related areas

● Exposure to AI-led use cases in marketing or business operations is a strong plus

● Excellent stakeholder management, financial governance, and problem-solving skills

● High ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to operate with speed and clarity in rapid-paced environments
