About the RoleWe are looking for a visionary, high-energy Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our founding leadership team. You will spearhead the marketing ecosystem for TrueSelfy, an innovative AI-driven career counseling and talent-matching ecosystem designed to disrupt professional development and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design, execute, and scale aggressive organic and paid marketing frameworks to drive mass adoption across both B2B (recruitment agencies, enterprise talent acquisition) and B2C (career-seeking professionals, students, job hunters) channels.

- Brand & Visibility Growth:

- Content & Narrative Leadership: Oversee high-impact content marketing, visual storytelling, and digital campaigns that communicate the value of Agentic AI in career longevity and skill optimization.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and optimize acquisition metrics, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and brand sentiment across all channels.
