At Miror, we’re on a mission to redefine how women rule over midlife and beyond — especially the hormonal health aspect during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Hormonal health is something that affects every woman, bringing with it more than 80 physical, emotional, gynaecological and beauty related symptoms that when unaddressed or misunderstood can lead to severe depletion in the quality of lifestyle and can be even fatal.

For too long, menopause has been surrounded by silence, stigma, embarrassment, and resignation and the term Perimenopause not even heard of. This is unacceptable as this phase is part of EVERY woman’s life, she will go through it for more than half of her life and will be subject to neay 80 symptoms some fatal.

Miror exists to change that — through science, technology, and empathy.

We’re building a FemTech ecosystem where women by leveraging technology can access medically proven solutions, care and community during one of the most transformative phases of their life. Our mission is simple but bold: to make midlife a time to celebrate, not fear.

Our Work So Far

Over the last few years, Miror has become one of India’s largest and fastest-growing online communities for women’s hormonal health and wellness.

We’ve:

- Partnered with experts from the Indian Menopause Society, the State Government of Karnataka, and the National Health Mission.
- Built India’s largest digital menopause care community, impacting over 100,000 women through our online and offline initiatives.
- Been featured in reputed publications such as Forbes Elle, The Guardian, Times of India etc
- Launched industry-first programs, including:
- Tiara – India’s first rewards program for women in this phase.
- HRT Centre of Excellence –Indias first and a pioneering platform driving awareness and access to game changing Hormone Replacement Therapy.




- All About You – a personalized wellness framework for holistic midlife health.
- Symptom Tracker by Miror – an evidence-based tool to help women understand and manage their changing bodies.
- Workplace with Miror – a corporate well-being initiative helping organizations support their women employees during midlife.
- Working with Scientists and Doctors to come up with groundbreaking concept of HORMONAL INDEX which is being requested to present at the next World Menopause conference at Rio De Janiero.
- Listening to the various problems faced by women launched our own clinically trialled line of supplements
- Believing this to be a problem faced by all women not the elite our outreach has led to us creating awareness at the village level through Asha workers, also women in city Police , the safari karmacharis of Municipalities etc
- We have of late been associated with the RUTUTHARE the ground breaking menopause care initiative of Govt of Karnataka

The Chance

As Chief Executive Officer, you’ll take charge of scaling operations, leading various teams in house , building partnerships, and driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and social impact.

What You’ll Do

- Lead & Inspire: Drive Miror’s strategy,



vision, and growth roadmap across India and international markets.
- Build & Scale: Oversee business operations, lead teams, investor relations, and financial planning with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Collaborate & Expand: Forge partnerships with healthcare institutions, research bodies, and global wellness organizations.
- Innovate: Leverage technology (AI, data, digital platforms) to deliver accessible, evidence-backed care experiences.
- Advocate: Represent Miror as a thought leader in the FemTech ecosystem — engaging with media, investors, and the global wellness community.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in startups, healthtech, wellness, or consumer technology.
- Strong background in business strategy, fundraising, operations, and growth leadership.
- A deep understanding of women’s health, healthcare ecosystems, or community-led models.
- Empathy, resilience, and the ability to translate purpose into measurable impact.
