Role Description
This is a part time remote role and can be done from anywhere.
The Chess
Coach will be responsible for conducting engaging chess lessons, developing training plans tailored to the needs and skills of students, and fostering critical thinking and strategic mindsets. Additional responsibilities include providing individualized guidance, monitoring progress, and preparing students for competitions and tournaments.
The coach will also collaborate with the academy team to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of chess strategies, game analysis, and tactics
- Experience teaching chess to students of varying skill levels
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills for planning lessons and tracking progress
- Prior experience in competitive chess or certification as a chess coach is an advantage
- FIDE Rating above 1600 is must
- 2 years of coaching experience
- Punctual and Professional
Salary - Rs.300 to Rs.450 (per session/ 1hour) Depending on the experience of the coach, timezone and other factors.
