Role Description The Chief Business Officer (CBO) at WiralOfficial is a full-time, on-site role based in chennai , Tamilnadu. The CBO is responsible for defining and executing the overall business strategy, including market expansion, revenue growth, and partnerships. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends and performance data, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align business goals.
The CBO will lead business development initiatives, manage key external relationships, and provide strategic guidance on new products, services, or ventures. This role also involves mentoring senior team members, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring that business decisions support long-term organizational sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, market insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, and growth strategy in a dynamic environment.
- Background in consulting or management consulting,
with the ability to structure problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership in senior roles, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup settings is highly beneficial.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in finance, strategy, or related field) preferred. Immediate Execution: Ready to jump in immediately to drive institutional readiness, investor pitches, and stakeholder alignment. Executive Presence & Pitching: Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to represent WiralApp at high-profile ecosystem events and investor meetings.

- Significant Compensation Note: This is a performance-driven, high-upside partnership. There is NO upfront fixed salary, no monthly advance only performance based. Compensation is structured entirely on a percentage-based success model tied directly to capital successfully raised and commercial deals closed.
