Role Description The Chemical Engineer role at SUPER HANDLERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Adani port.
The Chemical
Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and monitoring chemical processes, ensuring safe and efficient operations aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, troubleshooting process issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing improvements to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. The role also involves coordinating with laboratory teams for testing and validation, preparing technical documentation and reports,
and supporting project execution from concept through commissioning.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain high performance of chemical systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret process data and solve complex engineering problems.
- Laboratory skills for conducting tests, analyzing samples, and validating process parameters.
- Practical experience or familiarity with the chemical industry, including safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Process engineering skills for designing, optimizing, and scaling chemical processes.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and preparing clear technical reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of process simulation or design software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of industrial safety practices, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Morbi, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a energetic industrial environment.
