Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial MIS & Business Reporting

- Lead monthly MIS preparation and management reporting.
- Develop dashboards and business performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze project profitability, cash flows, and investment returns.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

Commercial & Financial Control
- Review revenue,



collections, costs, and project-wise profitability.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization.
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.

Compliance & Audit
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial policies.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Business Heads, Commercial Team, and Senior Leadership.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.

Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong expertise in MIS, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)

Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Large Corporate Groups
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI / Business Intelligence tools
