Minimum one year of recent relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting;
experience within a major consulting firm preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and execute change activities -
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently or as part of a team; demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in delivering client services in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
Willing and able to travel to client and KPMG locations as needed (<25%)
Proven experience in developing training materials and programs. Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging, interactive training content that aligns with change management initiatives.
Skilled in utilizing e-learning software and tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms) to create digital training solutions.
Ability to design comprehensive training curricula that support organizational change efforts, ensuring content is relevant and tailored to different learning styles and levels within the organization.
Competence in assessing the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation methods and feedback tools to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.
