? THIS IS NOT JUST A CENTRE MANAGER JOB. We’re looking for someone who can own an entire Cybrom centre like a business leader.

? YOUR MISSION Take complete ownership of the Cybrom Indrapuri Centre and build it into a high-performing technology learning & career destination.

You will work across 4 major pillars:

? 01 | EDUCATION QUALITY

- Ensure excellent delivery of all technical programs.
- Monitor trainers, curriculum, student performance and classroom quality.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and student feedback sessions.
- Identify learning gaps and make sure corrective action happens.
- Ensure students get hands-on exposure to real-world technology and projects.
- Maintain strong academic discipline and learning culture.

? 02 | PLACEMENTS & STUDENT SUCCESS
- Take ownership of placement performance at the centre.
- Build strong relationships with companies and hiring partners.
- Track student readiness, interviews, selections and joining.
- Ensure students receive proper mock interviews, communication and technical preparation.
- Work closely with the placement team to improve placement numbers and quality.
- Create a “job-ready by design” culture across the centre.

? 03 | SALES & CENTRE GROWTH
- Take ownership of centre admissions and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the counselling and sales team.
- Track enquiries, counselling,



conversions and admissions.
- Improve the student conversion journey.
- Develop local partnerships with colleges, universities and institutions.
- Identify new opportunities for workshops, programs and corporate/college training.

? 04 | EVENTS, BRAND & COMMUNITY
- Plan and execute workshops, hackathons, seminars, industrial visits, placement drives and tech events.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, students, parents and industry professionals.
- Make the centre a visible tech community hub in Bhopal.
- Drive student engagement and create an energetic campus culture.
- Represent Cybrom at external events and institutional meetings.

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Someone with 6–8 years of experience who has the maturity to lead people, but still has the energy to get things done.

⭐ Preferred Profile

- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science / IT preferred.
- 6–8 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT/software industry.
- Experience in education, edtech, IT training, technology companies, colleges or similar environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents, trainers, companies and college management.
- Strong understanding of software development / emerging technologies.
- Should be comfortable discussing technology with trainers and students.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership.




- Ability to manage multiple teams and functions simultaneously.
