Technical Leadership • Set and enforce architectural design standards, BIM/Revit protocols, and quality benchmarks across the CoE • Establish US project-specific execution guidelines (coordination workflows, model federation, clash resolution, QC checklists) • Own the Revit template, family library, sheet templates, and naming convention standards for the US client account • Drive adoption of automation tools, Dynamo scripts, QC frameworks, and productivity-enhancing technologies • Conduct periodic technical audits of design deliverables and construction documents before client submission

Client Management • Serve as the primary senior relationship owner with US client leadership and Principal Architects • Manage escalations that cannot be resolved at Project Lead / Discipline Lead level • Lead quarterly business reviews, capacity planning discussions, and account growth conversations • Ensure SLA compliance on turnaround time, drawing quality, model integrity, and utilization targets

Resource & Capacity • Workforce planning: hiring pipeline, bench strength,



and succession planning across a 100-person Architecture/BIM team • Utilization management with a target of 85%+ billable hours across the account • Cross-project and cross-discipline resource balancing during project peaks and valleys • Forecast capacity 60–90 days ahead and flag risks proactively to internal leadership and the US client

Performance & Training • Own the onboarding program for current joiners, including a US Architecture & Revit orientation bootcamp

- Build and maintain client-specific training curriculum (US codes, drawing standards, Revit, coordination practices) • Root cause analysis (RCA) for budget overruns, schedule slips, and quality escapes • Cross-project knowledge transfer: ensure lessons learned are codified and shared across the CoE • Define and track KPIs: hours per sheet, rework rate, RFI closure time, model coordination issue density

Benchmarking • Establish productivity benchmarks by project type (commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, mixed-use) and task type • Track and report cost-per-deliverable and cost-per-sheet metrics to demonstrate value to the US client • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through data-driven process improvement and lean design practices

Management Skills • Proven ability to manage P&L; for a large account, CoE, or business unit • Strong client-facing communication and executive presence with US AEC leadership • Experience building and scaling Architecture/BIM teams from scratch in an offshore/outsourcing context

- Fluent written and spoken English; ability to communicate design and technical concepts clearly to US clients
