A Casual Helper is an on-demand worker hired to provide temporary, physical, or logistical support on an as-needed basis. They handle ad-hoc tasks, assist skilled trades, and ensure work sites remain clean and organized. Because the work is adaptable, there is typically no guarantee of ongoing hours or permanent benefits. Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move heavy inventory or equipment safely using proper lifting techniques.

- Worksite Maintenance: Sweep, remove debris, and keep the immediate environment safe, clean, and organized.

- Operational Assistance: Support full-time staff by holding tools, preparing materials, or handling basic errands.

- Safety Compliance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) for extended periods.
