Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Kerala, India. The Caregiver will support individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities include monitoring client well-being, following care plans, assisting with medication reminders (as per guidelines), and ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. The Caregiver will provide emotional support, companionship, and engage clients in appropriate activities to promote mental and physical well-being. The role also involves communicating observations to supervisors or family members, documenting care activities as required, and collaborating with the care team to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications





- Experience in Healthcare or nursing qualification preferred.Registered nurses, home nurses, BAMS-qualified professionals, caregivers, patient attendants, and candidates with relevant healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous nursing or healthcare experience, including those returning to work after a career break, are welcome to apply. home healthcare, patient care, elderly care, or similar healthcare services is an advantageAbility to provide personal care and support with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, mobility, feeding)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
- Basic health and safety awareness, including infection control practices and emergency response readiness.
