Role Description The Career Advisor Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for guiding students and professionals in exploring career paths, identifying strengths, and creating actionable development plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing group workshops, and providing resources to support career planning, skills enhancement, and job search strategies.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align counseling services with organizational goals, maintain accurate records of sessions,



and track progress and outcomes. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on labor market trends, building relationships with employers and institutions, and contributing to outreach and awareness activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide individuals through informed career decisions and growth plans.
- Candidates should possess experience in Student Counseling to support academic choices, career transitions, and readiness for the workforce.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, explicit verbal and written communication, and the ability to present information effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in career services, educational institutions, training centers, or recruitment is beneficial.
