Role Description The Camera Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining cameras during photo and video shoots for digital marketing campaigns, brand content, and social media assets.

The Camera

Specialist will plan and set up shots, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, adjust lighting and camera settings to achieve desired visual quality, and ensure consistent visual standards across projects. Daily tasks include equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, organizing footage,



and coordinating with editors and content creators to support timely delivery of high-quality media. The role may also involve contributing ideas on visual storytelling and improving production workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong camera operation skills, including framing, focusing, and managing different camera types and lenses.
- Candidates should possess lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting studio and on-location lighting to achieve consistent, high-quality visuals.
- Knowledge of basic video and photo production workflows, including file management and coordination with post-production teams.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced campaign schedules.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining and caring for equipment.
- Previous experience in photography, videography, or media production; agency or marketing setting experience is an advantage.
