About the RoleAnantvasu is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with dealers, customers, and potential business partners, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently communicate over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, installers, and business prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain Anantvasu's solar products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct technical questions to the appropriate team.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries,



and pending customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM or Excel.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic conversational English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain call and follow-up records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates from Bhopal are preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Experience in the solar, electrical, real estate, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, or Excel.
