✅ Key Responsibilities

- Serve gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items with precision and a friendly attitude.
- Attend to customers courteously at the counter and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate the POS system, process orders, payments, and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Prepare and assemble café food items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and portioning standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation activities, including plating, heating, garnishing, and packaging.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain kiosk/café hygiene, clean counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the day.
- Replenish stocks of gelato, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or store manager.
- Assist in opening and closing operations as per the duty schedule.
- Engage in upselling, product recommendations, free sampling, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance guidelines.

? Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in F&B;, retail, or hospitality
- Language: Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Attitude: Positive, team-player, and customer service-oriented
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
- Preferred: Students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism

- Full-Time: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

? Lulu Mall Kochi (Kiosk)
- Full-Time: Rotational shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 11:30 AM)
