Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Article Trainee role based in Delhi. The CA Article Trainee will support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities, including posting entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial statement preparation. The role involves working closely with senior team members on audits, tax computations, compliance filings, and documentation for regulatory authorities.

The trainee will help prepare management reports, assist in financial analysis and budgeting tasks,



and contribute to process documentation and workflow improvements. The position also includes learning to use contemporary financial tools, supporting financial automation initiatives, and collaborating with clients to gather information and respond to queries.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with eligibility for articleship, and a strong academic foundation in accounting, audit, and taxation.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial statements, and working proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks or similar).
- Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and interest in corporate and startup finance.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work with financial data and reconcile discrepancies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, professional conduct, and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive learning mindset, ability to manage deadlines, and willingness to work on-site with clients and internal teams in Delhi.
- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, or audit assignments during prior internships or projects will be an added advantage.
