Role Description The Buyer – Women’s Western Wear role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying fashion trends, planning assortments, and selecting women’s western wear merchandise that aligns with brand positioning and customer preferences. The Buyer will analyze sales data, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with merchandising, planning, and retail operations teams to optimize category performance.





Daily activities include coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices and terms, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Buyer will also collaborate with design and marketing teams to support seasonal launches, promotional activities, and in-store visual presentation.

Qualifications

- Experience in fashion buying or merchandising, preferably in women’s western wear or apparel retail.
- Strong analytical skills for sales, margin, and inventory analysis, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and pricing strategies in the women’s western wear segment.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in multi-brand or national retail chains is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment and making data-informed decisions.
