Job Summary

ADA Tech Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

MBA Marketing candidates are preferred. Candidates who are currently pursuing their MBA or have recently completed their MBA are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads and connect with prospective clients/customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements




- MBA in Marketing or any relevant stream – pursuing or completed.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
