WHAT IS A BUYSTEP® MANAGER?
A BuyStep® Manager is not a salesperson.
It is an experienced B2B qualified who already has trusted relationships in the energy or industrial sector — and who wants to build a regional presence for BuyStep® while generating recurring income.
Your mission
① Recruit and lead a network of BuyStep® Partners in your region
② Connect qualified suppliers to the platform
③ Develop and structure your regional ecosystem
④ Earn recurring commissions every month
WHAT WE OFFER
✦ 20% commission on your first 10 active direct suppliers (launch bonus)
✦ 10% recurring commission from the 11th supplier onwards
✦ 30% override on your Partner network commissions
✦ 0€ entry fee — direct recruitment by invitation
✦ Equity upside up to 6% (phantom equity)
for top performers
This is not a fixed salary.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have
- Solid experience in B2B industrial or energy sector (sourcing, sales, business development, procurement)
- An existing network of suppliers or industry contacts you can activate
- Experience recruiting or managing independent agents or sales teams
- Comfort with a 100% commission model — no base salary
- Based in Europe, India, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan
You don’t need
- To be a full-time availability — many of our Managers run this alongside their current activity
- To know the platform in detail before applying — we train and onboard you
