Role Description The Buyer role at Fennel Living Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Buyer is responsible for identifying, selecting, and purchasing lifestyle and home décor products that align with Fennel’s design aesthetic and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include researching new suppliers and markets, evaluating product quality and pricing, negotiating terms with vendors, and managing purchase orders and inventory levels.

The role involves close collaboration with the design, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure product assortments meet customer expectations and market trends. The Buyer also monitors sales performance, analyzes purchasing data,



and recommends adjustments to the product mix to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in buying, sourcing, or merchandising for lifestyle, home décor, or furnishings, with strong product selection and trend awareness skills.
- Ability to research suppliers and markets, analyze pricing and quality, and make data-informed purchasing decisions.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills with domestic and international suppliers.
- Proficiency in inventory management, order tracking, and basic use of purchasing or ERP software.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills, including comfort with reports, spreadsheets, and sales performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, sales, and operations teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, interior design, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for supplier visits and trade shows, as required.
