We are looking for an experienced RPA/Automation Expert to drive automation across Brand & Marketing, Insights, CLM functions and other marketing functions. This role will identify, design, and implement scalable automation solutions to improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and process standardization. The candidate will also leverage SynOps to rationalize workflows and build transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, and process architects to break down end-to-end processes, identify automation opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth

What are we looking for?





- 6+ years of experience in software design, development, and automation
- Robust hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, Python, SQL, and API integrations
- Experience in automating enterprise reporting and workflow processes
- Good understanding of process excellence, and workflow rationalization
- Strong knowledge of RPA architecture, reusable component design, and scalable automation deployments
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript/VB Script, VBA, .NET/OOPs, and SQL
- Familiarity with GenAI/ML, OCR-based data extraction, and Azure AI services
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and project management skills
- Automation Anywhere A360 Master/Advanced certification
- Experience with cloud-based automation deployments Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess processes across marketing functions to identify automation opportunities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
- Automate reporting workflows and improve process efficiency using SynOps-led workflow rationalization
- Leverage A360 advanced capabilities such as AARI, WLM, APIs, Document Automation, and Copilot
- Build reusable components and scalable automation assets across projects
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party tools
- Manage automation environments, bot performance, licenses, patches, upgrades, and runbooks
- Review code quality, compliance, and adherence to RPA architecture standards
- Support issue resolution, defect tracking, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Partner with stakeholders to create automation/transformation roadmaps and deliver high-value outcomes
