Job Title: Business Support Executive – Wealth Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Support Executive to support our Wealth

Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating with business partners and

HNI clients, managing backend processes, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between the Wealth team and external partners (e.g., AMCs, brokers, clients).
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, onboarding, and service-related queries.
- Track and follow up on investment proposals, portfolio reports, and execution timelines.
- Support wealth advisors with data collation, MIS reporting, and backend operations.
- Schedule and organize review meetings, calls, and presentations with clients/partners.




- Ensure compliance and documentation requirements are met in coordination with the operations/legal team.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in handling HNI clients and channel partners.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other wealth products preferred.
