Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving the overall business growth and strategic direction of Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees key business functions, including revenue generation, client acquisition and retention, and expansion into target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, reviewing campaign and project outcomes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across digital marketing and web development offerings.

The Business

Head will develop and implement business plans, manage budgets,



and identify current market opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and ethical work culture, and reporting business performance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, consulting, or technology services, with a track record of business growth and team management.
- Strong skills in business strategy, market analysis, and revenue planning, including experience in expanding services into new sectors or markets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation, with the ability to represent the organization confidently.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and SEO services, and the ability to align these capabilities with client business objectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with or selling to sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durable, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure is highly beneficial.
