Ekatraa is an AI-powered event marketplace connecting customers with verified event-service providers and helping local vendors grow their businesses digitally.

Business Executive – Vendor Acquisition & Business Development
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Experience: Freshers only (0–1 year)
Employment: Full-Time

Freshers from any academic background are welcome to apply, with a minimum graduate qualification.
Preferred qualifications include
- BCA / MCA
- BBA / MBA
- B.Tech / M.Tech
- Any other Graduate

? Key Responsibilities
As a Business Executive, you will play an key role in building Ekatraa's vendor ecosystem.
- Identify and connect with event-service providers across Bhubaneswar
- Acquire and onboard new vendors onto the Ekatraa platform
- Present Ekatraa's value proposition and business benefits to vendors
- Achieve assigned monthly vendor acquisition targets
- Assist vendors with registration and KYC completion
- Ensure vendor profiles are complete and accurate
- Help vendors understand and update their services, pricing and availability/calendar
- Build strong and long-term relationships with vendors
- Conduct regular follow-ups and drive vendor engagement
- Maintain daily activity and performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Work closely with the internal team to achieve business objectives
