About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive team performance, build a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and maintain a robust sales pipeline for assigned products.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly performance of team members and take corrective actions where required.
- Conduct daily team huddles to communicate targets, motivate the team and drive performance.
- Own the overall training and quality of the sales team, providing regular feedback and training interventions.
- Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rate, average revenue per lead and average revenue per sale.
- Share insights on customer behaviour, market demand and competition with the Marketing team.
- Identify critical issues, provide timely reports and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to both individual and overall team performance.

- Good understanding of CRM management tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms, etc.
- Prior experience in a highly target-driven sales environment.
