We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of new business growth.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Identifying and converting recent business opportunities
- Prospecting through cold calling, networking, social media and other channels
- Managing the complete sales cycle — prospecting to closure
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Preparing presentations, proposals and negotiating with clients
- Working closely with internal teams to drive business growth
- Tracking and reporting sales performance and market insights

What we're looking for:





- 2–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
