Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across manufacturing and enterprise customers. The role will focus on identifying current business opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and positioning IoT, IIoT, Computer/Machine Vision, and RFID/AIDC based solutions to address their business and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and customer engagement to solution discussions, commercial proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. The role also involves working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation and building long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- - Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across manufacturing and enterprise customers.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend IoT,



IIoT, Computer/Machine Vision, and RFID/AIDC-based solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Required Skills

- - 6–10 years of experience in B2B solution sales.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of IoT, RFID, Industrial Automation, IIoT, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Solution Sales.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Strong commercial and proposal management skills.
- Willingness to travel Domestic &
- International client Visits.
- Engineering or MBA background is preferred.
