We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help grow our digital marketing and technology solutions business.

? Experience: 3–4 years

Experience in Digital Marketing, Technology Solutions, SaaS, IT Services, or related industries is preferred.

? Salary: ₹3–6 LPA

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
- Understand client business challenges and identify suitable solutions
- Pitch digital marketing and technology services to potential clients
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations
- Prepare proposals and commercial discussions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records

What We’re Looking For





- 3–4 years of B2B business development/sales experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or technology services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid prospecting and lead-generation ability
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle from lead → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation
