Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager – Fresher role based in Salem. The position involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the development of current business opportunities for the agency. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.

The role also includes maintaining basic client communication, tracking sales activities, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies.



Training and guidance will be provided to help the selected candidate grow into the role.

Qualifications

- Interest in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with a strong motivation to learn and grow in a creative agency environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or digital media concepts, or willingness to quickly learn these areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly to internal teams and potential clients.
- Good research, organizational, and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and follow up on leads effectively.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with online tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
