Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager – Educational Tours and Immersion Programs. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate learning teams for educational tours, immersion programs, and industrial visits.

Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting tailored tour solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company standards.

The Business Development





Manager will coordinate closely with operations and travel planning teams to ensure programs are well-designed, safe, and aligned with educational objectives. The role also includes market research, participation in education and travel events, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in educational travel, immersion programs, or academic partnerships, with an understanding of school and college requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Organizational and planning skills to coordinate complex itineraries, schedules, and multi-stakeholder programs.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for prospecting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Education, or a related field; relevant experience in travel or education sectors is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, institutional visits, and program oversight as required.
